The ''Journal of Book of Mormon Studies'' is an annual journal published by the Neal A. Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship.〔http://publications.maxwellinstitute.byu.edu/periodicals/jbms/〕 Funding comes from the (Laura F. Willes Center for Book of Mormon Studies ).
The journal publishes peer-reviewed articles on topics surrounding the Book of Mormon. It was first published in 1992 under its current title.In 2008 the journal was published under the title ''Journal of the Book of Mormon and Restoration Scripture''.
